After graduating from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and Nonprofit Leadership, Heather worked for a non-profit organization serving adults diagnosed with mental illnesses. She then joined the Silverado family as a Director of Resident Engagement where she found her true passion in life—serving the elderly. Her leadership skills were quickly noticed and she was inducted into Silverado’s Administrator in Training program.

Heather is thankful to have the opportunity to work in a field she is passionate about and to work in an environment where she laughs, has fun and feels love every day.

Bringing over a decade of medical device sales experience and seven years in nonprofit work, Katie joins Silverado with a heartfelt dedication to improving the lives of individuals living with dementia. Following the loss of her grandfather to dementia earlier this year, she was inspired to deepen her understanding of memory loss and pursue a career that makes a meaningful difference. Katie’s passion for supporting those affected by dementia led her to join Silverado, where she is committed to creating a positive impact in her role as Community Ambassador.

“Silverado is exactly what I was looking for and is the quality of memory care that my family wishes we had found for my grandfather. Compassion, love and support truly shine through the community at every level. I am excited to truly make a difference in the lives of residents and families at Silverado,” shares Katie.

Louisa joined Silverado in September 2024 as the Director of Resident Engagement, bringing valuable experience in memory care. She is passionate about enriching the lives of residents through laughter, joy and Silverado’s five pillars of engagement.

Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors, going on long walks, reading, playing sports and staying active in her church community.

Anthony has cultivated a diverse skill set from an early age. Driven by natural curiosity, he enjoyed watching and helping his dad renovate their home and often spent time tinkering with and repairing various devices. After teaching high school German for over three years, Anthony discovered that his true passion lies in handiwork, taking deep pride in his tasks. Now, as Director of Plant Operations, he looks forward to channeling that passion to enrich the lives of residents.

Dailend is a dedicated healthcare professional with six years of experience and a strong academic background. Holding an associate’s degree in health administration, they bring a well-rounded understanding of healthcare management, operations and patient care.

Dailend began their career in 2018 at Silverado as a Resident Engagement Assistant, where they played an integral role in fostering meaningful connections with residents and enriching their daily experiences. This early role sparked a deep passion for senior care and organizational support. After gaining broader experience in the healthcare field, they returned to Silverado in 2025 as a Clinical Staff Manager. In this leadership role, Dailend oversees clinical operations, guides a team of healthcare professionals and ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality care. With a blend of hands-on experience, strong leadership and a solid educational foundation, they are proud to support Silverado’s mission of providing compassionate and exceptional care to seniors.

Aleeya is a dedicated professional originally from Philadelphia, where she honed her skills as an Account Manager at a healthcare company. With a strong background in client relations and project management, she has a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and achieving business goals.

In 2019, Aleeya relocated to Wisconsin, embracing new opportunities and challenges. In the summer of 2023, she began her journey with Silverado North Shore, where she has since contributed to the organization’s success by leveraging her expertise in client engagement and relationship-building. With a passion for growth and a commitment to excellence, Aleeya continues to make a positive impact at Silverado North Shore, drawing from both her extensive experience in the industry and her dedication to creating meaningful connections with residents and families.

In her spare time, Aleeya finds fulfillment in her ministry work. She values quality time spent with her family and fur baby, Pepper. Additionally, Aleeya has a deep appreciation for traveling and exploring new places.
