Driven by a passion for developing and inspiring leaders, Michelle Egerer has led Silverado Memory Care communities through unprecedented growth since joining the company in 2002.

Michelle’s role is to ensure that leaders across Silverado create an environment that embodies the culture, innovation, vision and values that enable associates to positively impact each resident and their family. Over her 30-year career, Michelle has focused on bringing the best out of people in an effort to deliver best-in-class care while also achieving solid financial results.

With experience that comprises of start-ups, turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, Michelle embodies deep business knowledge combined with a thorough understanding of how to serve individuals living with memory impairing conditions. Her dedication to improving care has led to leadership positions with a number of prominent organizations:

Michelle’s passion for memory care grew from personal experience with her grandmother. What makes her happy every day “is knowing that we are changing lives, and that what we do is also far greater than ourselves. We are, in fact, changing the world.”

Sabrina has been working with seniors since 2013, sharing her dedication in Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. Prior to senior care, she worked in Human Resources and public housing. Sabrina’s calling to work with the aging population, particularly those with dementia, has very personal roots. She and her mother cared for her grandmother, who lived with vascular dementia, for many years. This experience fostered the philosophy by which Sabrina lives – that to be able to help someone along their journey is the greatest honor one can have, and seniors deserve to be treated with the utmost respect and dignity.

Sabrina spends every moment she can with her treasured family – her husband, seven children and their two dogs, Lucas and Diamond. She is an avid reader and also shares her time serving as Director of Communication for NFL Sisters in Service, LLC, a nonprofit organization of NFL wives and daughters.

Jenna Wetherholt brings a lifelong passion for senior living and a deep commitment to creating engaging, supportive communities for residents and families. She began her career at age 21 as an Activity Assistant in Franklin, Tennessee, quickly advancing to Activity Director before becoming a Licensed Administrator. Since then, she has dedicated her career to serving seniors across Middle Tennessee.

Her passion for senior care was further shaped during her time as Miss Tennessee National Miss (2009), where she focused her platform on volunteering in nursing and assisted living communities.

Jenna has extensive training in memory care and has provided education throughout the state in partnership with the Tennessee Health Care Association, with a focus on meaningful programming and cultivating a positive, resident-centered culture.

Outside of work, Jenna enjoys cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers, attending musical theatre productions, collecting vintage holiday décor, walking her Yorkie, Cricket, and spending time with her parents in Franklin.

Derika Pruitt is a Licensed Master Social Worker and Director of Resident and Family Services, bringing a compassionate, resident-centered approach to her role. A native of Mobile, Alabama, she earned her Bachelor’s degree from Alabama State University in 2017 and her Master of Social Work from Louisiana State University in 2022.

Derika has a strong background in social services, with a specialized focus on supporting older adults and individuals in memory care. She is experienced in guiding residents and their families through the challenges of cognitive decline, providing advocacy, education, and emotional support along the way.

Driven by a deep commitment to dignity and quality of life, Derika works closely with residents and families to ensure they feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout their journey.
