Every year Silverado families are surveyed by U.S. News & World Report about their experience with us. Here are just a few comments shared by verified Silverado Calabasas family members when surveyed:

“Silverado made a significant difference in our mother’s quality of life. They staff have been remarkable. The facility design allows the resident a lot of opportunity to be comfortable, inside and outdoors, and stay active. Come see for yourself.”

“Silverado has turned my Mom’s life around after a debilitating hospital stay! My Mom is HAPPY and has transitioned to her new home sweet home in nanoseconds. Silverado Calabasas exemplifies the heart and soul true to the essence of Loren Shook and Stephen Winner’s story.”

“My husband has been at Silverado Calabasas for over a year. My choice of this memory care facility was based on safety, ambience, ‘home-like’ environment, cleanliness (particularly air/odor quality) caregiver’s warmth and affection towards all residents and family members who visit. I am NOT disappointed! I am beyond grateful that my husband’s new home and Silverado family comforts my soul and brings peace of mind! This has been an extremely difficult time in my life and the staff at Silverado have made things a little bit easier.”

“Having my mom live at Silverado makes me feel comfortable knowing that she is safe, healthy and mentally stimulated. As a son and decision maker this was the best decision I’ve made”

    Why choose Silverado?

    Open/close panel

Many families shared the peace of mind they experienced when they finally chose Silverado after wrestling with feelings of guilt that comes from deciding to reach out for help. Even a family working together cannot replicate what an expert team of professionals who do this for a living and get to go home at night and rest can provide. Even superhuman strength eventually gives out. Once families make a move to Silverado and see that their loved one is better off and they can sleep again, the common refrain is, “I should have moved my loved one in earlier.” They are relieved to be the daughter, son, husband, or wife again and not the caregiver.

We want to reassure you that we understand that no one knows your loved one more than you do. We are the experts in what we do, having led the way in memory care for over 20 years. Families have shared they recognized that a delay in placement is a delay in care in treating this illness, and we know that a delay can result in a dangerous crisis for the exhausted caregiver or your loved one. Do not wait for an emergency. We invite you to give us a call at (818) 222-1000 and schedule a time to visit Silverado Calabasas.

In fact, we’re so confident that Silverado is the best choice to provide for your loved one’s needs we offer a satisfaction pledge unequaled in memory care.

We look forward to meeting you soon.
