Laura Printy
Senior Administrator
Laura joined the Silverado family in 2012 as the community Administrator and became a Senior Administrator in 2016. A graduate of California State University, San Marcos with a degree in Human Development and an emphasis in Gerontology, Laura has served those affected by memory loss for more than 25 years. She has worked within skilled nursing and assisted living environments, and spent almost nine years with the Alzheimer’s Association San Diego/ Imperial Chapter as the Education and Outreach Manager. Laura was part of the first graduating class from USC’s Senior Living Executive Director Program and is also a Certified Director of Assisted Living through the Senior Living Certification Commission.
Laura loves running, gardening, hiking and spending time with her husband and their Labradoodle, Petunia and French Bulldog, Waylon.

Regional Vice President
Le joined the Silverado team with a strong background in senior care and a degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. She has held key management roles in long-term care including skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and memory care. Le first joined the Silverado team in 2005 and was named the Silverado Administrator of the Year in 2010. She looks forward to enriching the lives of residents, family members and associates alike. To further promote the Silverado philosophy of dignity and choice for seniors, Le has served on the Advisory Board for the Texas Assisted Living Association for over 10 years and served as past President of Board of Directors.

Kristina Mills
Administrator
Kristina brings over 22 years of experience in skilled nursing to Silverado Bellevue. She began her healthcare career in 2003 as a caregiver and has since advanced to become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Kristina earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on healthcare from Southern New Hampshire University.
Throughout her extensive healthcare career, Kristina has remained deeply committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults. Her passion for compassionate care and focus on operational excellence have consistently enriched the communities she has served.
Outside of Silverado, Kristina enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching sports, being outdoors and traveling.

Caleb Chu, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Chu earned his BA in Molecular Cell Biology with a minor in English from the University of California, Berkeley. He went on to earn his MD and MPH at St. George’s University and completed his postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
As a proud member of the Pacific Medical Specialty Group, Dr. Chu states: “I work with a group of passionate, talented and collaborative team members who are committed to the patients and the facilities they serve. What more can you ask for?”
Originally from California, Dr. Chu moved to the state of Washington in 2009 and once again in 2019. He is married with three children and enjoys long-distance running, road biking, hiking and camping with his family.

Director of Health Services
Faith is a seasoned and results-driven healthcare leader with 17 years of nursing experience spanning long-term care, acute care and critical care settings. Recognized for her expertise in regulatory compliance, quality improvement and the development of high-performing wellness teams, she consistently drives clinical excellence while fostering a culture of compassionate, resident-centered care. Faith earned her Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baylor University.
Throughout her career, Faith has held progressive leadership roles, consistently demonstrating expertise in streamlining nursing operations and elevating resident satisfaction. As Director of Health Services, she is committed to cultivating a collaborative, supportive work environment—mentoring her nursing team and implementing evidence-based practices that enhance efficiency and improve resident outcomes. “We all share a universal need to feel valued, and one powerful way to honor that need is to treat everyone like family,” Faith reflects.
Outside of Silverado, Faith enjoys golfing, traveling, baking and volunteering in medical missions.

Wendy Rodriguez, CDP
Regional Director of Sales
Wendy Rodriguez joined Silverado in 2001. She has held many roles in Silverado over the years and now serves as the Regional Director of Sales. Wendy is a Houston native and enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. Throughout her career at Silverado, Wendy has touched the lives of many residents, associates, and their families. In addition, Wendy has shared her talents by creating innovative engagement programming at multiple communities and assisting to create visually appealing and purposeful engagement spaces.
In 2013, Wendy was honored as the Activities Director of the Year by the Texas Assisted Living Association and received the Assisted Living Federation of America HERO award as well. In her role as Community Ambassador, Wendy gets to share her wealth of knowledge of memory impairing diseases with professionals, and more importantly, how to help those affected by the diseases to continue to live a life full of purpose and engagement.

Mitchell joined the Silverado family in May of 2021, bringing a strong set of skills perfect for enriching the lives of Bellevue’s Nexus residents. A CWU graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation Management and a Minor in Event Management, he has worked for the city of Kirkland and a transportation company with contracts at Chateau Ste Michelle, Boeing, and T-Mobile. Additionally, Mitchell has run a local disc golf club with over 700 members for the past five years.
He loves working at Silverado because “a day at work doesn’t seem like work. Everyday has new challenges and new opportunities and the moments of pure joy that we can bring to the residents is priceless and unparalleled.”
In his free time, he enjoys competing in disc golf tournaments, diving, and spending time with his siblings.

Steven first joined Silverado in January 2012 and became the Director of Culinary Services at the new Bellevue community March of 2021. Steven has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, corporate catering and senior living that he sues to create menus that are both enjoyable and healthy for residents. He has a degree in Culinary Arts from Edmonds Community College graduating at the top of his class. Steven has received numerous awards for his professional and charity work from companies including Microsoft and Washington Mutual Bank.
Steven also enjoys playing guitar, wine tasting, camping and traveling. He leads the culinary team with a positive energy and supports associates by recognizing their strengths and encouraging their growth. Steven’s presence in our community is greatly appreciated by residents, families and associates.

Director of Plant Operations
With over 22 years of experience in plant operations and maintenance for long term care communities, Jose takes great pride in his work and has always ensured communities are up to standard. He joined Silverado Bellevue in June 2021 and deeply enjoys his responsibility in overseeing the maintenance, laundry and housekeeping departments at the community.
Jose’s favorite aspect of serving the residents at Silverado is having the opportunity to interact with them during his daily rounds at the community. He finds it rewarding to collaborate with residents who wish to assist in keeping the community beautiful through various tasks such as repairs, painting, or running errands for supplies at the local Home Depot. Jose resonates with Silverado’s culture, and he especially appreciates the commitment to valuing their associates and bringing joy to residents’ lives.
In his free time, Jose enjoys watching sports, spending time with his family at local parks and visiting the beach.

Clinical Staff & Office Manager
Adrian brings several years of healthcare and support services experience to his role as Clinical Staff & Office Manager at Silverado Bellevue. He began his career in 2019 as a caregiver for individuals with developmental disabilities and has since advanced into leadership roles in staffing coordination, team support and operations within assisted living and memory care. Before joining Silverado, Adrian worked as a scheduler and program coordinator, gaining hands-on experience managing 24/7 care teams, supporting regulatory compliance, and building positive, team-focused work environments.
Adrian is passionate about building a strong foundation of support for both associates and residents. He takes pride in being part of a community that values dignity, empathy and quality of life for those living with memory impairment. Throughout his career, Adrian has remained dedicated to compassionate care, operational excellence, and developing strong, supportive teams.
