Keith is a seasoned healthcare leader with more than 36 years of experience across a broad range of healthcare settings including acute rehabilitation, transitional care, outpatient services, acute care, and most recently senior living memory care.

Throughout his career, Keith remained committed to a simple but meaningful philosophy: exceptional care begins with treating every individual with dignity, compassion, respect, and an understanding of who they are. In his work with individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, he is dedicated to creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment that preserves autonomy, celebrates individuality, and honors each resident’s unique life story.

Keith brings extensive experience in operational efficiency with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, team development, and quality of care. He believes that caring for others is both a privilege and an extraordinary responsibility which continues to guide his approach to leadership and service.

Keith loves spending time with his wife Brittney and his daughters Olivia and Ella who he affectionately refers to as “my girls”. He is an avid lifelong skier and enjoys his dogs Roxy and Raya, exploring Utah’s beautiful outdoors, and experimenting with pizza recipes in the kitchen.

Andrea is a Health Services Director and Registered Nurse with 30 years of dedicated experience in patient care and senior living services. Her career began as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where she developed a deep respect for hands-on caregiving and the importance of presence at the bedside. She continued her professional growth by advancing through her LPN and RN licensure, ultimately earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Each step of her journey reflects her unwavering commitment to excellence, lifelong learning, and compassionate, person-centered care through healthcare.

In her leadership role, Andrea is deeply committed to creating meaningful connections between residents, families, and care teams. She believes that exceptional care goes beyond clinical support—it is built on trust, communication, and genuine relationships. Her greatest fulfillment comes from advocating for residents, supporting families through every stage of care, and ensuring each individual feels seen, heard, and valued.

Family and service are at the heart of Andrea’s life. She is a proud mother of two children, and she and her children are actively involved in giving back to the community together as a family, participating in local charitable and volunteer efforts that reflect their shared commitment to helping others. Andrea has also long been involved in broader community initiatives, including the American Red Cross, Angel Tree Program, disaster relief initiatives, and hospital fundraising events. These experiences reflect her belief in showing up for others—both in healthcare and in the wider community.

In her free time, Andrea enjoys music, traveling, reading, fitness, museums, car shows, snorkeling, canoeing, and trivia. She has a deep appreciation for the ocean, often collecting seashells and transforming them into meaningful keepsakes. She also values conservation efforts and recently contributed to the rehabilitation and release of a sea turtle named Stella, after it was attacked by a shark. After the turtle’s shell was rebuilt using fiberglass, it was released back into the ocean

Andrea is also an animal lover with a special fondness for sloths and zebras. Her warmth, curiosity, and sense of wonder extend into every part of her life, enriching the way she connects with others.

Andrea is dedicated to ensuring that every resident and loved one feels supported, informed, and cared for throughout their journey. She strives to live her life by the words, “We’re all just walking each other home,” meeting others with kindness, offering support along the way, and recognizing that each of us has something meaningful to give one another.

Savannah Freeman serves as Sales Director and brings a deep passion for helping individuals and families navigate the journey of memory care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Education from the University of Utah, originally pursuing a path toward becoming a physician. Having experienced life-saving medical care herself at birth, Savannah has always felt a strong calling to give back and care for others. During her time at the University of Utah, she volunteered with individuals experiencing homelessness and underserved mothers, experiences that further strengthened her commitment to serving vulnerable populations.

Savannah’s path to senior living began through her mother, a longtime Sales Director at a senior living community in California. After spending time shadowing her, Savannah quickly discovered a new passion: serving individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. She was drawn to the meaningful relationships, remarkable life stories, and opportunity to support families during what can often be an emotional and overwhelming chapter of their lives.

What Savannah enjoys most about her role is getting to know each resident and family personally, listening to their stories, and helping them feel supported and confident in finding the right care for their loved one. She believes senior living is about much more than finding a place to live—it is about finding a community where someone can continue to experience connection, dignity, purpose, and joy.

Outside of work, Savannah enjoys spending time with her family, taking on home design and decorating projects, woodworking, and finding new creative projects to tackle.

Amanda earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Utah. Early volunteer experiences sparked her passion for supporting individuals and families through difficult life transitions and ultimately led her to pursue a career in social work. She later returned to the U of U to complete her Master of Social Work, with a concentration in aging.

After graduate school, Amanda worked in hospice, where she developed a strong appreciation for person-centered care and supporting the whole family. She brings that approach to her work with the residents she serves in memory care. She finds deep fulfillment in the relationships she develops with residents and families and in learning each person’s unique life story. She takes pride in being an advocate for each resident, making sure they feel known, cared for, and valued.

Outside of work, Amanda loves hiking and gardening. She spends much of her free time outside with her golden retriever, Ace, and is very close with her family, especially her nieces and nephews. She also enjoys slowing down with creative projects like watercolor painting and cross-stitching.

Monica Linsangan — Director of Resident EngagementMonica Linsangan serves as the Director of Resident Engagement, where she is passionate about creating meaningful experiences, fostering connection, and building a strong sense of community. What she enjoys most about serving residents and their families is bringing people together, creating lasting memories, and helping everyone feel seen, valued, and at home.Monica has a diverse background in recreational therapy and has worked with individuals across a variety of settings, including schools, programs serving people with developmental disabilities, group homes, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, and senior living communities. Her experiences across these different populations have shaped her passion for meeting people where they are and finding meaningful ways to help them connect, engage, and enjoy life.In addition to her professional work, Monica is deeply committed to service and volunteers with grief camps, hospitals, and interfaith councils. Through these experiences, she supports individuals and families through moments of healing, reflection, and community connection.Outside of work, Monica enjoys swimming, paddleboarding, improv, and stand-up comedy. She loves staying active, trying new things, being creative, and finding opportunities to laugh and connect with others. She is also currently pursuing her master’s degree in Recreational Therapy, continuing to grow her knowledge and passion for helping others find purpose, connection, and joy through meaningful experiences.

Randy Marin serves as the Director of Plant Operations at Silverado Aspen Park. One of the things he enjoys most about his role is seeing residents smile and knowing he has helped bring a little joy to their day. He values the opportunity to get to know each resident personally, learn about their life and experiences, and build meaningful relationships with their families and loved ones.

For Randy, working in senior living is about more than simply getting the job done—it is about being present, lending a helping hand, and contributing to an environment where residents and families feel cared for and supported. He is always willing to take on a challenge and believes strongly in helping others whenever he can.

Outside of work, Randy enjoys working with his hands and has a passion for welding, mechanics, and woodworking. He enjoys learning new skills, taking on new projects, and creating things from the ground up.

Family is also an important part of Randy’s life. One of six siblings, he has three younger brothers, an older brother, and an older sister. Having lived in Mexico, California, and now the beautiful state of Utah, Randy has gained an appreciation for different places, people, and experiences. Above all, he believes in maintaining strong relationships with family and living life with love, kindness, and a willingness to help those around him.

Albert Agliam serves as Executive Chef at Silverado Aspen Park, bringing more than 25 culinary experiences and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. Throughout his career, he has led kitchen teams, developed creative menus, and dedicated himself to providing high-quality food and hospitality. After many years in the culinary industry, Albert brought his experience to senior living three years ago and discovered how meaningful it can be to use his passion for food to make a difference in residents’ everyday lives.

What Albert enjoys most about his role is building relationships with residents and learning about the foods, traditions, and favorite meals that bring them comfort and joy. He believes food has a unique way of bringing people together and that every meal is an opportunity to create a meaningful moment, spark a memory, and help residents feel at home.

As Executive Chef, Albert is committed to creating nutritious, flavorful meals while providing a warm and welcoming dining experience for residents and their families. He takes pride in listening to residents’ preferences and incorporating their feedback, traditions, and favorite foods whenever possible. For Alvert, a successful dining experience is about more than what is served on the table, but about creating connections, comfort, and a sense of community around the table.

Outside of work, Albert enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and being outdoors. His passion for cooking follows him home, where he enjoys preparing meals for friends and family and bringing everyone together over good food.

Kimberly Thompson has dedicated her career to caring for others, with a lifelong passion for helping both people and animals. She began her healthcare journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant while attending college and nursing school, ultimately earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) in 1995.

During her nursing education, Kimberly became the first nursing student at UNLV to complete an internship in home health and IV certification in Nevada. Her early clinical experience included wound care, blood transfusions, maternal and newborn care, pain management, chemotherapy pumps, and a variety of complex nursing services.

After moving to Utah, Kimberly continued to expand her nursing career through roles in skilled nursing, wound management, MDS coordination, and nursing leadership, including serving as both an Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing. She also spent 10 years in hospice case management, where she developed a deep commitment to supporting patients and their families with compassion, comfort, and dignity throughout the end-of-life journey.

Today, as Resident Care Coordinator, Kimberly brings decades of clinical experience and a compassionate approach to caring for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. She finds great meaning in supporting residents and their families while helping ensure each individual receives attentive, personalized care.

Outside of work, Kimberly has always loved the outdoors and staying active. Growing up in a small town, she spent much of her time running track, playing basketball, water skiing, camping, and fishing. She competed in hurdles throughout high school and college. Kimberly later married and raised two sons, and family continues to be an important part of her life.

Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, J. Terry Harmon has dedicated more than 30 years to serving residents and families in senior living. As an original Silverado employee and Business Office Manager, Terry brings a wealth of experience, professionalism, and genuine compassion to the Silverado community.

Terry earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Utah and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, combining a strong business background with a heart for people and service.

For Terry, it’s about more than numbers and business—it’s about helping families feel cared for, supported, and valued.

Terry is a proud father of five and grandfather of three. A true service-oriented person, Terry enjoys helping others, spending time with family, and traveling the world. And when it comes to travel, Terry has a great philosophy: “My favorite trip is the next one!”

Clinical Secretary

Marcy was born in Mexico, where she studied Accounting. After moving to the United States, she discovered her passion for caring for seniors.

She has more than 28 years of experience working with seniors in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Rehabilitation, and Hospice. She has extensive experience caring for individuals with cognitive decline and different care needs.

Marcy is a compassionate, patient, responsible, hardworking, and dedicated professional. She believes that caring for seniors requires respect, dignity, patience, and understanding. She also has leadership and supervisory experience coordinating caregivers, schedules, appointments, transportation, supplies, training, and daily operations.

Outside of work, Marcy enjoys meditation and listening to meaningful audio books, which help her stay calm, relaxed, and connected with herself.
